In person · Dubai · Tuesday 22 September 2026 · 10:00 to 13:00 GST

Your team already uses AI. Nobody has shown them what an agent can run.

Chatbots answer questions. AI agents do the work: they answer the enquiry that lands at 17:52, file the email into the CRM, chase the lead that went quiet, write the Monday report, and message you on WhatsApp when something needs a yes. This is a half-day working session in Dubai for founders, function heads and managers from any industry. Laptops open. You leave with one running on a task from your own week.

No fee. Seats are limited and confirmed by email.

The session · Tuesday 22 September · 10:00 to 13:00

The morning, in four parts. Not a keynote. A working session on a live system, with the third part done by you, on your own task. Nobody leaves with something explained. They leave with something running.

Part one · 10:00

Where AI moves the numbers

30 minutes · the map
  • Which jobs inside a business an agent can take today, and which it cannot
  • The five jobs that move revenue first: lead response, follow-up, the inbox, reporting, content
  • What to build, what to buy, and what to leave alone this year
  • Reading a vendor pitch: the questions that expose a demo
You leave with a short list of the two or three jobs in your own business worth handing to an agent first.
Part two · 10:30

Agents at work, on real cases

45 minutes · a live fleet on the screen
  • A Secretary that files email into the CRM within three minutes and drafts the reply
  • A Prospector that posts checked leads into a WhatsApp group every morning
  • An Outbound desk, an SEO engine, and a Reporting crew that replaced the status meeting
  • What each one costs to run, what it needed from the humans, and where it is not allowed to act
You leave with a clear picture of what "an AI employee" means in practice, with the numbers from a fleet that runs today.
Part three · 11:15

Build your own AI employee

90 minutes · hands-on, laptops open
  • Pick one task from your own week that you would hand to a new hire
  • Write its job description, shift, tools and guardrails, together
  • It does its first job while you watch
  • Set the checkpoint where a person says yes before anything goes out
You leave with an AI employee configured on your own task, still running when you are back at the office.
Part four · 12:45

Your first 90 days

15 minutes · the plan
  • The KPI each agent will be judged on, and the loop to measure it
  • The guardrails your legal team will sign
  • What to switch on next, and what to keep human
You leave with a one-page plan you can put in front of your team on Wednesday morning.
Module · Build your own AI employee

Every seat configures one, and takes it home running.

An AI employee is a software agent with a role, a schedule, tools, an objective and written guardrails. It works without anyone driving it and reports to a person who approves what goes out. SimplifyGenAI runs 25 of them for its own companies as SAGE, Simplified Autonomous Growth Employees. In part three, each person picks a task from their own week and we set it up together.

Role
e.g. Lead response for a sales team, the inbox for a founder, the month-end pack for finance, weekly content for marketing
Shift
Every morning at 08:00, every three minutes, or as work arrives
Reports
A WhatsApp or email brief to its owner, every day
Guardrails
Allowlisted data only. Nothing customer-facing without a person's yes.
Our own floor
The agent roadmap of the organisation of the futureEvery character is one of our own AI employees on shift, and this is how the company is actually run. The floor runs live at simplifygenai.com.
The agent roadmap

AI employees, and how the next organisation is staffed. Not a chatbot and not an automation. A software agent with a role, a shift, tools, an objective and written guardrails, that works without anyone driving it and reports to a person who approves what goes out. These are the ones running on the floor in the video above.

The SEO employee

Writes and ships against a traffic number

Watches search data daily, writes and ships content against a traffic objective, and reports what moved. Ours runs the search growth for our own product, Cherry Shot.

The outreach employee

Finds and qualifies, a human sends

Finds prospects that fit a written brief, qualifies them, drafts the message, and delivers a digest for a human to approve. Ours feeds our business development every morning.

The reporting employee

The brief that replaced the status meeting

Compiles the numbers that matter into a daily or weekly brief and sends it where the team already reads: WhatsApp, Slack or email.

The watchdog

Patrols the other agents

Catches failures, diagnoses the cause, and escalates to a human when something needs a decision. Ours is called the Inspector, and you can see it on our floor.

The storefront employee

Keeps a live store current

Keeps product listings, collections and content fresh on a live store, on a schedule, with a human gate on anything customer-facing.

Yours

Your process, written down

The point is not our roster. Any process your team repeats can become an employee that never sleeps. Part three of the morning is where you write one, on your own task.

See them running: every AI employee above is live on our own floor at simplifygenai.com/ai-employees. Nothing on this page is a mock-up.

Who is at the front

Builds AI systems that run in production. Then teaches from them. Most people pitching AI workshops have never shipped one. This session comes from a fleet that runs today, which is why the morning ends with something running.

"Thank you for your exceptional efforts in introducing us to AI and teaching us how to use it effectively in our work."

For your own company

Want this inside your own team? The same morning runs in-house for a leadership group or a working team, on your own documents, data and customers, in your office in the UAE.

Half a day for leadership to decide, fund and govern. One day, hands-on and modular, for the teams who do the work and the managers who lead them. Priced per cohort. Tick the box on the form and we send the outline.

Ask for the in-house outline
Before you ask

The questions people ask first.

Is there a fee?

No. The form is an application for a seat, and seats are confirmed by email because the room is small. We never ask for payment for a seat.

Who should come?

Founders, function heads and managers, from any industry. It is not a technical session. Nobody writes code, and nothing in the morning needs a technical background.

What do I bring?

A laptop, your logins to the tools you already use, and one task from your own week that you would hand to a good new hire. That task is what your AI employee is built on.

Where in Dubai?

A central venue, shared with confirmed seats along with a short pre-read. The morning starts at 10:00 and ends at 13:00 GST.

Which tools?

The ones your company already has or can adopt: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, plus the agent tooling that fits your stack. We are not tied to a vendor.

Can my team come too?

Yes. Put their names in the note on the form and we hold the seats together, subject to the room. If you would rather have the whole morning for your own company, tick the in-house option.

I cannot make 22 September.

Apply anyway and say so in the note. You will hear about the next Dubai date first, and the in-house version runs on a day that suits your team.

Our data is sensitive.

Good. Guardrails are part of the build: allowlisted data only, nothing customer-facing without a person's approval, and the exercise runs on a redacted copy of your material where needed.
