Terms and conditions
Short version: the session is free, the room is small, and sending the form is an application rather than a seat. A seat exists once we confirm it.

1. What this is
A three hour working session on applied AI for real estate, on Tuesday 29 September 2026, 10:00am to 1:00pm, in Dubai. It is organised by SimplifyGenAI LLC, Sharjah Media City, United Arab Emirates, together with Iffort. Using this site or applying for a seat means these terms apply to you.
2. Applying is not a seat
The form is an expression of interest. Your place exists only when we confirm it by email or message. The venue address goes out to confirmed seats and not before, because the room is small and we manage the numbers.
3. No fee, ever
There is no charge to apply and no charge to attend. Nobody from SimplifyGenAI or Iffort will ask you to pay for a seat, and any message that does is not from us.
4. Who the room is for
Premium real estate developers, master developers, brokerages and brokers operating in Dubai, and the people inside those businesses who can act on what they see. We can decline an application, and we prioritise applications that fit the room. We do not have to give a reason.
5. Changes and cancellation
The date, time, venue, running order and speakers can change. If anything material changes, or the session is cancelled, we tell you at the email address you gave us. As the session is free, no refunds arise. If you cannot make it, reply to your confirmation so the seat goes to somebody else.
6. What you build in the room
In the third hour you configure an AI employee on your own leads and listings. Anything you bring into the room, including leads, listings, brand material and internal documents, stays yours. We do not reuse it for anyone else and we do not keep a copy after the session unless you ask us to keep your build running for you.
7. Photography and filming
We photograph and film our sessions and may use the images and footage in our own marketing. If you would rather not appear, tell any of the hosts on the day and we will keep you out of the frame.
8. What the session is not
Everything shown is educational. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell property. Figures, timings and results shown on the day are illustrative and are not a promise of a result in your own business.
9. Third party tools
Sessions demonstrate third party AI products. Those products are governed by their own terms and pricing, which are between you and them. We do not resell them and we are not responsible for them.
10. Materials and intellectual property
Slides, templates, agent configurations and other materials we show remain the property of SimplifyGenAI and Iffort. You are free to use what you learn inside your own business. Reselling or republishing the materials as your own is not allowed.
11. Conduct
It is a working room. We can ask anyone to leave who disrupts it, records it without asking, or is there to sell to the other people in it.
12. Liability
The session is provided free of charge and as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, SimplifyGenAI and Iffort are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost business arising from attending, from anything demonstrated, or from any change to the event. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Data
What we collect through the form, who sees it and how to have it deleted is set out in the privacy policy.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction.
