SimplifyGenAI × Iffort
Privacy policy
Short version: the form takes what we need to hold your seat and tell you where to come. It reaches the four organiser mailboxes at SimplifyGenAI and Iffort, nobody else. Ask and we delete it.

Who we are
This page is run by SimplifyGenAI LLC, Sharjah Media City, United Arab Emirates. The workshop on 29 September 2026 is hosted together with Iffort, our co-host. For anything about your data, write to daksh@simplifygenai.com and it reaches a person.
What the form collects
Only what you type into it:
- Your name
- Your work email
- Your phone or WhatsApp number
- Your company and role
- The role you would hire first, which is optional
Three things are recorded automatically with each submission: the time you sent it, the address of the page you sent it from, and the IP address the request came from. The IP address is used for one thing only, stopping bots and repeated submissions, and is never used to profile you.
Why we hold it
To decide on your application, to confirm your seat, and to send you the venue address and the joining details, which go out only to confirmed seats. Someone from SimplifyGenAI or Iffort may call, email or message you about your place in the room. If you would rather not be contacted, say so in a reply and that is the end of it.
Who sees it
Each signup is emailed to four organiser mailboxes at SimplifyGenAI and Iffort, and to nobody else. It is not sold, rented, shared with sponsors, or passed on. There is no advertising audience, no list broker and no data partner in this.
Where it is kept
Your details are written to a private server operated by SimplifyGenAI and are sent by email through Google Workspace. Both sit outside the United Arab Emirates, so by sending the form you accept that your details may be processed in another country.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set cookies of our own and we do not run session recording. Three third parties are involved in loading this page:
- Meta Pixel measures which of our advertisements led to a seat being requested. It loads on every page and sets Meta cookies in your browser. It records the page you are on, your IP address, your browser, and the moment a seat application is submitted. It does not receive what you typed into the form. Meta may match this to your Facebook or Instagram account and use it for advertising. You can turn this off in Off-Facebook activity in your Meta account settings, or block it with any tracker blocker, and the page keeps working normally.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces, and receives your IP address in order to do that.
- YouTube serves the two videos, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which sets nothing until you press play.
How long we keep it
While the workshop is being organised, and for twelve months afterwards so we can follow up on what you built in the room. After that it is deleted, unless you have become a client, in which case the client relationship has its own record.
Your choices
Write to daksh@simplifygenai.com and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We do it within thirty days, and deletion means deleted, not flagged. You can also withdraw your application at any time before the day.
Children
The workshop and this form are for people working in the property industry. They are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting people already signed up are sent to them by email.
